Let’s throw this out there… it’s pilot season. Networks are picking up pilots left & right and through the magic of Twitter, they’re getting announced just as often. However, since I’ve been a tad busy the past few weeks, I haven’t been able to stay updated with the newest info & all of the pilot news. I usually like to stay MORE informed, but such is life. So, I’ve posted some tidbits here from what I’ve gathered, but this is definitely not all of them. Hopefully, when some comprehensive lists become available, I will get them and post them for all to enjoy! In the mean time, check these out!
- Nikita, new show by the creator of Gilmore Girls & a new single-camera office comedy by Ron Howard & one of the writers from The Office (& more!)
- Allison Janney’s returning to TV in the new Matthew Perry pilot
- ABC orders 2 new pilots; 1 by some of the exec. producers of Scrubs

Parks & Recreation has been picked up for a third season!

John Barrowman is coming to Desperate Housewives.
Since Variety has said it, it’s true: Conan treats are now collectibles. Hmmm- good thing I picked up some items @ the NBC store during his last week. Whew. I also took this picture of his window at 30 Rock. Sighhhh.
Last but not least… here’s Vanessa Marcil’s new web series, The Bannen Way. I’m going to watch all the episodes one day this week, but since I’ve never NOT liked anything she’s been involved in, I’m going to throw caution to the wind and say you should watch it. It’s most likely great. We ARE talking about Vanessa, here
